Wide Kingdom Land Inc. handles residential real estate in Charleston, SC. We buy houses, sell them, and help other people do the same. The situations that come our way are rarely identical — a rental with tenants in place, a house that needs a new roof before a bank will touch it, a family upsizing on a tight schedule. Our team has a mix of backgrounds that lets us take those on. We would rather tell you something inconvenient early than have it surface at closing.
Real estate is personal. Our approach is too.
